1. What this site is
Independent buyer's notes about Abacus AI Desktop, software made and sold by Abacus.AI. The site is promotional: links to the vendor may earn a commission. It is not the vendor's site, not an official reseller, and it cannot change a price, a plan or a feature.
2. Where the sale happens
Every download button leads to the vendor's own website. Your contract is with them, on their terms. Billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation are their processes, not ours. The price on their checkout page governs, even if it differs from a figure quoted here.
3. What "checked" means here
Facts in these notes were taken from the vendor's published pages on the date shown on the main page. Where something is the vendor's claim — data handling, compliance, benchmark language — it is presented as their claim, not as our verification. Software pricing changes often; treat the page as dated notes rather than a live feed.
4. Judgement calls are yours
The notes are editorial, not advice. Nothing here is legal, accounting, tax or security advice, and nothing is a promise that the software will produce a correct result for your particular files. If you handle regulated data, read the vendor's compliance documentation before you install anything.

These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are. Questions about the page can be raised through the contact channel you used to reach it. Governing law is that of the publisher's country of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
